I would like to invite everyone to my monthly instructional dinner, Monday, June 6. The class is suited for anyone with even the slightest interest in food. The evening is broken into two parts: the talking part and the eating part. I attempt to create a multiple course meal focusing on seasonality; I share insight on the sourcing, preparation, and finishing of the meal — then we all sit down together and partake. My goal in all of this is to eliminate the smoke and mirrors of cooking, with all my focus being on the fundamentals.
